Vendors may choose to advertise their facilities through our paid plans. By purchasing a plan, you agree to comply with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase.

6. Payments and Fees

Fluushy uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By making a payment through the Platform, you agree to the terms of the payment processor.

6.2 Refunds

All payments made on the Platform are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Fluushy provides information and services “as is” and does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of listings, location data, or services provided by vendors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluushy disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

All content and materials on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Fluushy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
